Q:How many patches can be applied simultaneously?
A:Do not exceed two patches at one time, and not more than two patches in a 24 hour period.
Q:Can I use the Imbue Pain Relief Patch if I’m pregnant or breast feeding?
A:Because the active ingredient methyl salicylate (from wintergreen oil) is chemically similar to aspirin, you should always consult your doctor before using this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Q:When I try to apply the Imbue Pain Relief Patch, it sticks to itself. Is there anything I can do to avoid this?
A:Try removing the clear film while the patch is on a table. Hold down the whole width of the exposed surface while peeling off the film. Then pick it up by all four corners and transfer it to your skin. If the target area isn’t easily accessible, you’ll probably need a friend’s help to get the patch on without having it stick to itself.
You can also try this: Peel off 1 or 2 inches of the clear film from one end. Place the exposed sticky surface onto the skin. Then peel the remainder of the backing off from underneath while slowly pressing the patch onto the skin.
Q:The patch starts coming off before I want to remove it. Is there a way to keep it stuck to my skin better?

Q:The patch starts coming off before I want to remove it. Is there a way to keep it stuck to my skin better?
A:Everyone varies in terms of skin oils, perspiration, and body hair. Also, residues of skin care products such as soap, lotion, and sunscreen may be present. These can interfere with the adherence of the patch to the skin. If you can’t get the patch to stay on for long enough, try first try cleaning your skin thoroughly in the target area using soapy water or rubbing alcohol. Always make sure the skin is completely dry before applying the Imbue Patch. Press the patch firmly against the skin, especially along the edges. If necessary, use some hypoallergenic medical tape along the sides of the patch. Wearing snug clothing over the patch may also help it stay in place.
Q:Does the Imbue Pain Relief Patch contain sodium laurel sulfate, petroleum, phthalates, parabens, dyes, or preservatives?
A:No. We understand that many of our customers have sensitivities to these ingredients and/or, like us, a preference for all natural products.
Q:The patch is sometimes uncomfortable to remove. Is there any way to avoid this?
A:First, you should try soaking the patch in hot water or saturating it with vegetable oil or body oil, and then peel it off slowly. If this is still too painful, there are a few other options to consider:
If the patch was applied recently, you can leave it on for a while. The longer the patch is on, as you perspire and move, the easier it will be to remove..If it’s uncomfortable to remove the patch because youӲe using it in a hairy place, you can try using clippers to trim the hair close to the skin. You can also try shaving the area, but then you will need to give the skin 12 to 24 hours to recover from the razor, or else it may be too sensitive to use the Imbue Pain Relief Patch..You may apply a very thin layer of oil or lotion to the skin before sticking the patch on. This will make it stick less firmly to the skin. The patch may be a bit less powerful if you do this, however, since the oil or lotion may interfere with absorption of the medicine. Also, if you use too much lotion or oil, you may need to use medical tape to get the patch to stick.
